Tracy hailed from the east coast before wandering into Postdoc back in 2020. She enjoys learning about beer styles and conducting R&D wherever she goes! Tracy strives to provide you with an incredible craft experience at both of our taprooms. But believe us, she's also making sure your dog is having a great time!
