Join us for a night of pairing two of our most favorite fermented treats, beer and cheese! We partnered with our friend and local cheese monger Rachael Lucas to bring you a menu sure to satisfy both beer and curd nerds alike.
Your $40 ticket includes a guided tasting with Rachael and Taproom Manager Jason, a pairing menu, 5 sampling of cheeses, 5 taster glasses of Postdoc Beer, salami, crackers, and a secret accoutrement for each pairing course.
Below are the included beer and cheese pairings. Pairings are final and there are no substitutions. Groups of two may split one ticket
Guess and Check Experimental Lager paired with Petit Pomerol (Soft cow’s milk cheese from France)
Lab Partner with Black Currants paired with Rulo de Cabra Fresco (Goat’s Cheese)
Alpha Factor IPA paired with Le Berger Basque (Cheddar)
Anvil Crawler Hazy IPA paired with Cremeux de Bourgogne (Triple Crème)
Seamus O’Brien Dry Irish Stout paired with Fourme D’Ambert (Blue Cheese)
