We are welcoming back our favorite cheese professional Rachael Lucas to bring you a one of a kind Charcuterie and Cheese Board Building Class! During this class, you will learn how to layout a beautiful meat and cheese board. Learn what types of flavors make a complete board and learn all about how to fold, cut and stuff a board to really impress your guests. Your ticket includes a take home 12”x9” Postdoc Engraved Bamboo Board, all of the meat, cheese and accoutrements needed to fill your board, your first beer and instructions from Rachael. This ticket is a 1 per person ticket but should feed 3-4 people. We will have plastic wrap available if you want to wrap up your board and take it with you.
