Join us for our first lecture of 2017, “Beer and _____”, an exploration of the factors that influenced beer throughout history. History teacher and crowd favorite, Will Buker, will be making his triumphant return to lead the class alongside our Taproom Manager and resident Advanced Cicerone, Bobby Wood.
Lecture will begin at 7p. They tend to fill up, so come early, grab a beer, and lock in your seat!

Get your hands dirty and ignite your senses with texture! Get plastered!!
Learn how to use plaster as a casting and mold-making material! In this workshop, immerse yourself into sculpture! You will first make a mold of your hand and then cast it in plaster! While your creation dries, gather around your fellow makers and enjoy a delicious Postdoc brew! The session will conclude with a reveal of our casted plaster hands. This is a family-friendly workshop! All are welcome to attend. Kids over 6 years old are welcome to participate! Capture a moment in time and grit!

Join us Tuesday, March 14th, for Pi Day. To commemorate this special day, we will release a new beer at 3p: Key Lime Pi, a blonde ale with key limes and vanilla. We also will have Cathouse Pizza on the scene from 430p dishing out pizza pies. If you’re a real braniac, show off your knowledge at Taproom Trivia at 730p!
Join us for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration potluck. We will have many traditional dishes on hand for you to enjoy. We welcome you to bring your favorite dish (of any cultural background) and/or enjoy everyone else’s. If you contribute to the potluck, you’ll enjoy a 20% discount on beer for the evening. We will be pouring plenty of our Seamus O’Brien Irish Stout for the festivities and we have a few more special beers TBA.

Join Modern Witch-craft Seattle at Postdoc Brewing in Redmond to design your own pair of pint glasses! We provide all of the tools, materials and instruction to etch your designs as well as a tasting flight and tour of the brewery. Customize your glassware while enjoying craft beer and learning about the science behind Postdoc Brewing!
